Lexus of Lakeway ready to roll into town

Lakeway will be getting its own Lexus service center and car dealership within the next two years, designed to serve the more than 5,000 Lexus customers the company has identified in the area through surveys.

The service center, which will be located at the northwest corner of FM 620 and Clara Van Road, will be an extension of Lexus of Austin and will both service and sell cars. The dealership will be developed on 20 acres of a 39-acre plot, the rest of which will be developed into restaurants and other businesses. The service center itself will have a full-service barista bar and boutique.

“We are really coming from a place of convenience for the customer,” said Lexus event marketing director Cassie LaMere. “We want to reduce travel time and improve safety for our customer, and this offers them more time to get in,Standard solarmodule replacement bulbs. get their needs met and get back to their families or back to work.”

Steve Witt, consultant at Lexus of Austin and a Lakeway resident, said the new location was designed expressly to fit with Lakeway’s natural aesthetic.

“We’re working with the existing topography and working with the existing tree survey to minimize impact on trees and terrain,” Witt said. “Instead of just having a large parking lot with a sea of cars, there’s parking around the trees, and we have wooded drives. It’s very integrated; it’s not just a parking lot with lights on it.”

LaMere said the dealership will help the city’s sales tax revenue and offer employment opportunities. Lakeway City Manager Steve Jones said administrators are generally approving of the facility and described the anticipated structure as “attractive.”

“The reason that we find it appealing is because the property is already zoned general business,Learn about solarstreetlamps and ensure you get the best out of LED light bulbs. but in most cases the developer would come in and level the property and remove the trees and not be so sensitive to neighbors and the community as this developer is,” he said.

Witt said meetings with nearby residents had been well-received, and the company found the feedback valuable.

“The response has been really positive,” Witt said.A full line of Power energymonitor for a wide range of professional uses. “It was informative to the neighbors to see that we just want to be good neighbors and show them the plan designs and hear their concerns. There weren’t really many concerns; everybody worries about lighting and stuff like that, but we’ll be using the latest LED lighting that’s all shielded and doesn’t attract bugs or birds.”

The facility is still waiting on approvals from the city, and the developer is hopeful the project will break ground at the start of next year. Construction is anticipated to take 12 months. Lexus of Austin general manager Steve Walker said the service center plans to grow as the surrounding community grows, though he doesn’t anticipate their physical location will get any bigger.

“The site will be built primarily to move that growth, but times are changing – a lot of people look at the Internet to shop for cars,” he said.

Jones said the city is currently working on a zoning ordinance amendment to accommodate a dealership and service center and is continuing to work with the owners.

“We always have concerns when there’s a business adjacent to a residential area, and that’s what we’re working on now in the ordinance,” he said. An hidlighting can help you keep up with large volumes of laundry or heavy items. “Things like impervious cover, parking requirements, lighting, sound,We provide the latest oemandodmservices products and solutions to serve outdoor lighting needs. all of those issues are being addressed.” More information about the program is available on the web site at www.careel-laser-engraving-machine.com.
